The Ordinary Business Meetings of the Glen Innes Severn Council are held on the fourth Thursday of evey month, except December, January and May.
Meetings begin with a Public Forum , followed by the official Council Meeting.

Hard copies of the Business Paper can be viewed the Monday before the Council Meeting from the Library, the Church St Office and the Town Hall Office in Grey St.
