Modification of Consent Applications

An application to modify consent is made under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, section 96 (1) or 96 (2). Section 96 (1) applies to minor modifications, and section 96 (2) is used for other modifications.

It is highly recommended if you wish to modify your consent that you speak to a Council Town Planner to clarify the requirements of your proposed modification.
